Yes, all our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Most watch brands carry a 2-year international warranty, and our fine jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for online purchases. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and custom-engraved pieces are final sale.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

At Bannon Jewellers, we are committed to ethical sourcing. All our diamonds are purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict, in compliance with the Kimberley Process and United Nations resolutions.

Can I have my jewelry professionally cleaned or resized?

Absolutely. We provide a full range of after-sales services, including professional cleaning, ring resizing, and watch battery replacements. You can visit us in-store or contact our customer service team to arrange a repair.
